Facilitated and served a lead facilitator for 13 years for Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) KUTITAP: Isang piging ng kabataang makasining; an annual gathering of indigenous children and youth facilitated by the CCP Cultural Exchange Department (CED) to celebrate arts, culture and traditions.
Engaged with more than three thousand indigenous children/kids from 182 cultural communities all over the country for over 12 years
Facilitaed process and creative activities since 2012-2024 which has made the children’s experience fun, meaningful and engaging as socially-engaged artist.

WPI Women Playwrights International (WPI) presented the new works of "Istorya sang mga butang sa Altar ni Inday" from behind bars to the global stage... featuring the five women artists behind bars (Kaye, Val, Jerky, Babrie, and Angie) as an excerpt from the 25th Biennale of Sydney 2026 Chen Chieh-Jen's Shared Staged Project – Super Inday as part of verbatim theater and self-determined storytelling - with video work and art performance and art installation.
WPI brought powerful women writers, artists, performers, and the global theater community from Australia/Oceania - Rosemary Johns and Emma Gibson, Canada Anna Wood Chatterton, and Canada/Iran - Shahrzad Arshadi Japan Nana Kiera Ichikawa, Indonesia Angelina Enny Yulyanti, India Anuradha Marwah, The Netherlands Maaike Bergstra, USA Elizabeth Hess, and the Philippines Sarah Henderson 2 Tin Cans, Dessa Quesada-Palm Rodil Bebot Glecy Atienza. The most respected Anton Juan conducted a workshop on Butoh technique, then led us to "Woman as a Ghost," where we explored buried voices through playwriting.

Sydney Biennale Chen Chieh-Jen's Shared Stage Project - Supar Inday Art
• Artist Chen Chieh-Jen’s Share Stage Project: Super Inday Art Project, a new performance created with the women artists at Iloilo City District Jail Female Dormitory in Iloilo City (IDJFD), the Philippines. This performance, produced and co-created with Rosa Zerrudo, combines verbatim theatre, video work, and live streaming technology to allow the women of Iloilo City District Jail to tell their own stories. Edified - Energizer Grant Winner 2025 Australia – Children’s Climate Art Response through the Power of Play and Goodness
Initiated this children-led climate art response and action project, which activates the transformative power of play, art, and storytelling to empower marginalized children and youth as active citizens.
Focused on vulnerable children from remote Philippine islands, including children of incarcerated women, in partnership with Super Inday Co-love, which fosters environmental awareness and accountability.
Will bring the Island children climate champions together from Negros, Bantayan, Siquijor, and Bohol Islands with experiential platforms through the power of play to start them young to nurture the seeds of goodness to participate in the real village agenda such as the climate crisis.
Mentored Himaya children green warriors in Negros Occidental, which made the project emerge as a psychosocial response to Super Typhoon Odette's devastating impact in 2021.
Queensland Alternative to violence (AVP) Facilitator

In August 2025 she served as volunteer lead facilitator using Alternative to Violence Project model in a Peace Leadership for the youth with refugee background organized by QPASTT Queensland Program of Assistance to Survivors of Torture and Trauma).

Weaving hearts for the love of children, nature and place.
This community arts project is dedicated to the children and mothers (women deprived of liberty or WDL), offering them a creative outlet to express their memories of home, family and eco-emotions for nature through poetry, artworks, dance, songs, and “stories of gifts” with use of local motif, words, symbols that embody the values of love for children, nature and place.
Organized and celebrated a family day inside a jail facility for community artistic expression about children, nature, and place.
Created a venue for community interaction giving voice to incarcerated women and their children as their expression of eco-emotion about climate crisis.
Provided access and opportunity for incarcerated women and their children for community artistic expression as mother and child climate action.
Developed an interactive dialogue through climate art in support of arts in prison rehabilitation.
Edified - Energiser Grant Winner 2022 Australia: Lead 5050 in Gender and Equity funding support for CoLove - Global Virtual Art Barter Residency Project (February 2023 – May 2023)
Democratized art to humanized prison as psychosocial care giving for women behind bars in Philippine women prison.
Introduced Co-Love project which convergds women artists and curators in a virtual art barter residency zoomcare interactive workshops as a process of community healing and disaster response in the spirit of Co-loveboration with women artists behind bars.
Conducted psycho-social care giving “healing circles” serving vulnerable women behind bars in the partner women prison in Philippines
